Jasmine Ferrer

Jasmine Ferrer
Development coordinator
With an older brother with Autism and Cerebral Palsy, Jasmine naturally found herself exploring ways to spread acceptance and support for individuals with disabilities, especially those of Asian descent. Her passion is driven by the lack of awareness and compassion she saw her family experience while living in the Philippines and traveling South East Asia. She returns to her hometown of Queens excited to join INCLUDEnyc in supporting disability inclusion. Previously, she served as the Operations Coordinator at GiGi’s Playhouse NYC, an achievement center for people with Down syndrome. Jasmine earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Hunter College.
